How to Find Out What Information We Have About You

Write to our Sales Department at the address below:

- If you have any questions concerning the information we have in your file or about our information practices;
- To obtain certain information that we have on file for you, you must specify the information you are interested in; or,
- If you believe any of our information is incorrect, we will investigate it and, if we agree there is an error, we will correct it. If we do not agree, you are still entitled to file a statement with us, disputing the information.
