"I would like to thank you for your continued and outstanding support. We purchased an NEC projector from you two years ago. You came out to help us set up the projector with our Apple laptop computer and gave us an in-service on the operation of the projector.

This past January you helped us in setting up the projector with the laptop again. We had a major production in the gymnasium where we needed to project a slideshow. I called you at the last minute and you immediately came out to make the necessary changes to the monitor set up."
