Rapid Care + includes 24/7 service response within 4 hours, and also equips you with loaner equipment should your unit require off-site service. If your requirements do not extend to the full Rapid Care + program, a standard Rapid Care program offers all the great benefits of Rapid Care + with one less maintenance a year and no extended warranty.
